Go to the right side outside of the church and look for the ball with the number 12. Stand on the footprints and tap on "Start AR".

In the 1950s, religion and the church were hot topics in youth culture. As their patron saint, St Aloisius was a real cult figure at the time. For the young people in Schalke too, of course. But football was also of great importance here.
The lilies at his feet symbolise his virginity and the crown stands for his renunciation of worldly power. But only here can you see him in blue and white socks and with a ball at his feet.
The Barbara window on the opposite side, on the other hand, stands for the area of "Labour". Labour was the second major pillar of Schalke. Tap on the button "To the Barbara window" below and bring it to life in AR.
